If all monitors display the same thing, start by trying the following:

1. Right-click on the blank space on your desktop and click on Display Settings.

2. Under "multiple displays", you will select from the drop-down to "extend the desktop on 1 and 2".

3. Scroll back up to the top under rearrange your display and click on identify, noting what comes up on each screen.

4. Move the numbered boxes under rearrange your displays to be in the same order that is coming up on each screen. This ensures your mouse will move in the proper direction on your displays.
