***Before you join a meeting, test your audio and video settings***

1. In Teams, click on ... at the top beside your initials, and then settings.

2. Click on Devices and review your audio devices connected. These will be based on whether you use a headset or your laptop audio.

3. Make a test call.

4. Follow step 1 again to get back into Devices.

5. Scroll down to see if your video settings are working. Do you see yourself in the camera or a blank screen? You need to unplug and plug back in your camera if the video is not displaying.
